All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of A3 Automotive or its suppliers/manufactures and is protected by Saint Vincent, U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to A3 Automotive are proprietary to A3 Automotive. All other trademarks not owned by A3 Automotive or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by A3 Automotive. Product information such as text, logos, and/or images used to promote products and/or the sale of products, have been provided to A3 Automotive along with permission to use directly from the supplier or manufacture.  Any unauthorized use from other companies of the materials appearing on this site without written permission from the supplier and or manufacture may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site has been licensed to A3 Automotive or is the property A3 Automotive or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished without expressed written consent.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A3 Automotive reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. A3 Automotive reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. A3 Automotive may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed order with A3 Automotive, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. We will always do our best to process your order and have it shipped as fast as possible. However, orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone or e-mail for immediate attention.

All errors are subject to correction and may be rectified without notice. Typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  A3 Automotive cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacturer, or sale, but an error which A3 Automotive’s responsibility is to correct.

The parts we offer are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks involved with performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. A3 Automotive holds no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products and gives no warranty, expressed or implied for the aforementioned including consequences arising from such. The regulation of emissions production, noise levels and safety standards are undertaken by the federal government, each of the fifty-state legislatures, and by the many local municipalities, towns, and countries. We make no warranties of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose or that our merchandise is improved for general use, or that they comply with laws, regulations, or ordinance in the localities where they are intended for use. In this connection, the ultimate consumer assumes the burden of the entire cost of any and all necessary service, alterations or repairs. Please consult your local laws for more information.

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. A3 Automotive does not offer any of our own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. We will assist in creating RMAs for items that are within warranty period.

Order Processing
Upon placing an order, your credit card is immediately charged. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel any standard order after business hours the same day we received it, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you. Special orders, custom builds and back ordered items will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


Do you ship overseas?

We do accept international orders and YES! We do ship to anywhere in the world!* If you don’t see a payment option at checkout, it’s because your ship to address is geo-located outside of our standard shipment zones. Send us an email with your order and we will send a customized invoice with an address specific shipping quote and a link to our secure payment gateway.

Please note that customers outside the USA are required to pay their own Customs, Duties, and Brokerage fees where needed. A3 Automotive will not be responsible for any of these fees. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay these and understand them prior to ordering from A3 Automotive. Non-payment of fees will not constitute a return. If products are returned for non-payment of fees, the products will be forfeited to A3 Automotive or the customer can pay to have the items reshipped. We do not offer refunds or cancellation because of these fees.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

Absolutely. We use 2Checkout’s highly secure services. They are a PCI level 1 compliant payment gateway. Through them, we are able to accept Debit Cards/PIN Debit Cards with the Master Card and Visa logo, Visa Cards, Master Cards, JCB, Diners, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal.


Can I return my order?

Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for full details. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account within 3-7 days. We will normally ship FedEx or UPS unless otherwise advised. These methods are both insurable and trackable for your protection.

Email Orders

We carry the full catalog of GFB, SPEC, BC Racing and CX Racing parts. If you are interested in a product and don’t see it listed on the site, please send us an e-mail. We can create custom packages for you and e-mail an invoice with a link to our secure gateway for payment. This way we are able to offer even better rates on shipping oversized and heavy items.

Special Order Items

Some items may be special ordered specifically for the customer’s vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Custom spring rate and/or valving on BC Racing Coilovers are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the advertised price.
